Our History

UNION NATURE CHEMICAL INDUSTRY LIMITED Built in December 1988,BUT this is a new company for International Marketing from 2012, and integrates development and manufacturing in-house, specializes in manufacturing all types of IRON OXIDE and related products, such as titanium dioxide and chromium pigment, convenient water, land to Tianjin, or Qingdao Port. We have many years experiences in producing IRON OXIDE, and own the rich experiences in requirements of export, before we mainly sold to china mainland marketing (including some exporters and some agency). 

In past, have one small plan of IRON OXIDE in MIDDLE CHINA, only have 6 workers that time, and we only sell in our china mainland marketing, these years, With the grim environmental protection situation, many factories closed and then we know must do something to go ahead and develop ourselves, we let several small factories joined us, then we built the biggest plant of IRON OXIDE in MIDDLE CHINA with other shareholders, the new plant finish building in September, 2016, cost RMB 80 Million, in accordance with the rules of Game, rules of conduct, with environment protection, quality first for the business philosophy, through the company is specialized in high-end equipment, perfect strict quality management system, environmental management system, for the china marketing of iron oxide do a meager power, the company since its inception, after the continuous improvement of the r&d team and strives for perfection, the production of red, yellow, black, blue, and other pigment products get the approval in china domestic marketing.

Our Factory

UNION NATURE CHEMICAL INDUSTRY LIMITED ( MENGZHOU PENGXIANG) is a professional production of iron oxide series pigment manufacturer. Our new plant is founded in May, 2014, and registered capital is 20 million yuan. The total investment of the project is 140million yuan, covering an area of 35000 squaremeters, the scale of production is 20000TON/YEAR. Selling 70%goods to southeast Asia , Europe, America, Japan, and others countries and regions, the rest are sold in 22 domestic provinces in china. The quality standard is fully in conformity with national GB1863-8 requirements, with excellent light resistance, high temperature resistance, acid resistance, alkali resistance and rust resistance, therefore widely used in building materials, coatings, plastics, electronics, tobacco, medicine, rubber, ceramics, magnetic materials, such as paper, ink field, blocks etc.

Product Application

The iron oxide pigment is a pigment having good dispersibility, excellent light resistance and weather resistance. Iron oxide pigment mainly refers to iron oxide red, iron yellow, iron black and iron brown colored pigments based on iron oxides, among which iron oxide red is dominant (about 50% of iron oxide pigment) Mica iron oxide used as a rust preventive pigment and magnetic iron oxide used as a magnetic recording material are also in the category of iron oxide pigments. Iron oxide is the second largest inorganic pigment after titanium white and the first large color inorganic pigment. Of all the iron oxide pigments consumed, more than 70% are prepared by chemical synthesis, which is called synthetic iron oxide. Synthetic iron oxide is widely used in building materials, coatings and plastics due to its high purity, uniform and uniform particle size, wide chromatogram, many colors, low cost, non-toxicity, excellent coloring and application properties, and absorption of ultraviolet rays, electronics, tobacco, pharmaceuticals, rubber, ceramics, inks, magnetic materials, paper and other fields.
